Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection is delighted to announce the arrival of Chef Sirichai Seahoo, fondly known as "Chef Tum", from the acclaimed Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park. This collaboration promises an exquisite culinary journey featuring the rich flavors of Thai cuisine at the Oriental Pearl, the sky-high restaurant situated on the 66th floor of Landmark 81.

The culinary extravaganza is set to take place every Thursday to Sunday for dinner, from September 7th to October 29th.

Currently serving as Senior Sous Chef at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Chef Tum is pivotal in enhancing the hotel’s dining experiences, crafting Thai menus, and ensuring each dish meets the highest standards.
The infusion of Chef Tum's expertise and passion will bring an array of traditional Thai dishes to Oriental Pearl's Truly Thai dinner buffet. Dishes such as slow-braised cheek and tender slice marbling wagyu beef noodle, grilled chicken with Thai spicy sauce, Pad Kra Pow stir-fried pork with garlic chili and hot basil, Tom Yum Goong spicy and sour prawn soup, crab meat curry with betel leaves, and spicy herbal Thai salad will transport diners to the heart of Thailand's culinary traditions. Moreover, the interactive Som-Tum (Thai papaya salad) live station promises an engaging experience where guests can customize their own flavors.
