The event is part of Informa Markets' global portfolio of over 40 international trade exhibitions focused on F&B, restaurant, and hospitality services. In Vietnam, the exhibition alternates annually between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. This year, Food & Hospitality Hanoi will welcome 170+ exhibitors from 24 countries and regions, reflecting a 22% increase in participating companies compared to the 2023 edition. Notably, international exhibitors make up 70% of the total, marking a 5% rise from last year. This growth highlights the increasing interest of global businesses in Hanoi’s F&B and hospitality market. Several well-known brands have confirmed their participation, including Andros Vietnam, Annapolis (Kawami - Long Beach), Cobi Group, Cubes Asia, Dalat Milk (TH True Milk), Digicorp, Dyson, Golden Farm, Good Food, Ly Gia Vien, Mimosa, My Lan, Orana, Østerberg, Robot Coupe, Seito System, Silikal, Solve Asia, Tan Nhat Huong, Thien Vuong, TTC Food, United Vision, Vinabeef, Vina Foam, and more.
The exhibition is expected to welcome over 7,200 trade visitors over three days, from March 18 to March 20. A wide range of F&B products will be showcased, including bakery, pastry & gelato, tea, coffee, wines, spirits, alcoholic beverages, and more. In addition, the event will feature food services and hospitality equipment, food technology, packaging, disposable products, hospitality technologies, and other related industry services.

Beyond serving as a trade platform, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 also offers a unique space for cultural and culinary exchange. As one of the exhibitions with the highest international exhibitor ratio, it is expected to feature participants from over 24 countries and regions, bringing a diverse and exciting culinary fusion to the Vietnamese market. Building on the success of previous editions, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 will once again host The 3rd Hanoi Salon Culinaire. As one of the most anticipated culinary competitions in the northern region, chefs from all over will come together to compete and showcase their skills with boundless creativity in categories such as hot dishes, BBQ, pizza, and many more.

Alongside this, the Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) will return as a professional platform where top barista talents will showcase their exceptional skills. Contestants will compete in categories such as espresso coffee, milk-based drinks, and creative beverages.
Additionally, the Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC), a sensory competition for coffee enthusiasts, will make its return. This event will receive expert guidance from Vietnam's leading barista academy – Barista School, and be supported by The Research Institute for Fragrance Materials – Scentone Aroma Standard.

In particular, the “Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025” will be held as part of the exhibition, attracting strong attention from the culinary community. As Vietnam's first prestigious culinary award with international certification value, this event aims to honor outstanding chefs, restaurants, and food and beverage products. A panel of esteemed judges, including experts and representatives from international culinary organizations such as UNESCO Chairs, Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA), Best of Gastronomie, Global Chefs Union, World IAC, Culinary Innovation Centre For Training & Development, UK Curry Connect (UKCC), and 5 Gold Star of the Kitchen will evaluate and select the winners. This promises to be an emotional event for those shaping Vietnam's rich culinary landscape.

In addition, this event offers visitors the opportunity to stay updated on the latest trends and insights in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. This will be through conferences co-organized by Informa Markets and influential organizations such as Vietnam Hotel Association (VHA), Vietnam Executive Housekeeper Association (VEHA), Vietnam Culinary Culture Association in Da Nang (DCCA), Vietnam Investment Review (VIR), and more.
