Unique Michelin Voyage menu set of Hemispheres Steak and Seafood Grill Restaurant

Honored to be included in the Michelin Guide 2023, Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill at the Sheraton Hanoi greets September with a brand-new 4-course set menu called Michelin Voyage that highlights Hitachi Wagyu Beef, meticulously crafted by the restaurant's brilliant Chef Vu Anh Duc.  

What makes the Michelin Voyage menu so unique?

The Michelin Voyage menu will take customers through 4 distinctive 'stations', much like a voyage to discover novel tastes. Starting with the Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio with Quang An kumquat dressing, black caviar, and fresh herbs grown in Sheraton Hanoi Hotel's garden. Diners may expect one surprise after another in the Hitachi Beef “Pho" Consomme, which boasts the traditional Pho flavor with kneaded ravioli that embraces foie gras and beef cheeks hand-chopped by chef Vu Anh Duc.

The brightest star on the menu belongs to the Hitachi Wagyu A5 Beef Shoulder Tenderloin dish with mashed potatoes, asparagus, Shiitake mushrooms and Sichuan chili sauce mixed with Japanese sauce. Diners can elevate their culinary experience by pairing Hitachi Wagyu beef tenderloin with imported wine selections with global influences.

The Hemispheres Steak and Seafood Grill restaurant is an excellent choice as it is one of the few establishments in Vietnam that possess a certificate of pure Hitachi Wagyu beef, which is high in nutrition, soft and sweet flavor with a distinctive fatness.
