Guests will be immersed in the vibrant essence of Malaysian cuisine, as two renowned guest chefs from Malaysia bring their passion and culinary mastery to Saigon: Chef Badarol Hisham Bin Abd Hamid, Malaysian Cuisine Specialist and Chef Pyan Mohd Suffian Bin Md Ali, Malaysia’s Street Food Entertainer & Culinary Performer.
With an exclusive menu showcasing signature Malaysian dishes, such as Curry Laksa, Nasi Lemak, and Ais Kacang, prepared with authentic, time-honored techniques. Diners can expect bold, rich flavors that celebrate the diverse heritage of Malaysia.
