A choice of dim sum is available, including fish-shaped Prawn Har Gao with Asparagus; Crispy Pastry with Shrimp, Prosciutto Ham & Foie Gras; swan-shaped Deep-fried Purple Sweet Potato with Shrimp & Pork; and Steamed Crispy Prawn Rice Roll with our chef’s special sauce.
These can be followed by a choice of two soups, Traditional Sichuan Hot & Sour Seafood Soup and Chinese Clear Soup with Bamboo Mushrooms, Shitake & Goji Berries, and a choice of two main courses, Beef Brisket with Egg Noodles in Chicken Broth and Yangzhou-style Fried Rice with Barbecued Pork and Shrimp.
Every dining experience can end on a sweet note with a choice of desserts: Sweetened Pumpkin Cream & Gingko Nuts; the indulgent Steamed Chinese Custard Sponge Cake, or the refreshing Chilled Sweet Sago Soup with Melon and Coconut Sorbet. These delicious dishes are complemented with a choice of signature tea-infused mocktails: Double Thai T, which blends Thai cocoa and Thai tea; Hiro on Vacation, a combination of matcha tea, almond milk and Silpin Samui coconut syrup, and Roastery, Genmaicha tea with lychee and citrus.
