A native of the Channel Islands, John boasts over two decades of enriched experience within the luxury adventure tourism sector, specifically with Marriott International. His illustrious career trajectory has seen him take on significant roles across the globe. Noteworthy stints include his tenure as Area Director of Sales and Marketing in South Asia and the Caribbean. He also played an instrumental role in launching the avant-garde European Convention Network, a sales engine designed to bolster Marriott's large group meeting hotels in Europe.

From 2020 to 2023, John served as the General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Before that, he dedicated four remarkable years at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort. His leadership in these roles yielded tremendous success, with marked improvements in commercial outcomes and guest satisfaction scores.
