Chef José María Murga Brescia, with almost 20 years of experience and having worked in over 8 countries, is renowned for his skillful blend of regional flavors and Peruvian culinary style. After successfully introducing Peruvian flavors to the “Saigoneer” in Ho Chi Minh City last year, Chef José María Murga Brescia is now showcasing his culinary talent in Hanoi. With the goal of making a lasting impression on the capital’s residents, he is determined to leave a special mark in their hearts.

From the coastal seafood delicacies to the hearty Andean stews, it offers something to satisfy every palate. Special culinary week

Visit Oven D'or restaurant for a special 5-day event filled with vibrant Latin music, delicious Pisco Sour cocktails, and the flavors of the Peruvian landscape. Indulge in a variety of dishes, starting with appetizers like the refreshing Solterito Quinoa Salad and visually stunning Causa salad, showcasing the best of southern Peruvian specialties.

During the Peruvian Gastronomic Week, be sure to savor the quintessential dishes like Lomo Saltado, a traditional stir-fried beef, refreshing Ceviche, smoked duck quinoa risotto. Diners can also venture into the unique offerings like Pulpo al Olivo or smoked swordfish ham. Lomo Saltado is a hearty favorite on Peru's traditional dining table and is a must-try when visiting this enchanting country.

Delectable desserts are also a staple of Peruvian cuisine. Enjoy sweet treats like sweet potato donuts and anise-scented pumpkin Picarones during the culinary week. Don't miss the chance to learn the story behind Suspiro Limeña, also known as the sigh of a Lima woman. Finally, the public will have the opportunity to taste Peruvian specialty coffee from the coffee-growing regions of Amazonas, Cajamarca, Junín, Pasco, Puno and Ucayali.
